The 2025 Nissan Kicks is expected to come with a complete redesign for the new model year. The subcompact Kicks gets a new design, more standard features, an all-new undercarriage system. Here's what we know about the 2025 Nissan Kicks.
Outside, the Nissan Kicks 2025 has a stronger design than the current generation on sale. The new Kicks has a bold design with a large front fascia, daytime running lights and a unique grille. From the side, the Kicks features 8.4 inches of ground clearance (about 1.4 inches from the current model), the prominent body that connects the headlights and taillights, the C-pillar breaks brake, and modern wheel design. At the rear the Kicks have R-shaped taillights, a smaller rear spoiler, a lower spoiler, and a protruding tail section.

Nissan Kicks gets interior design for 2025. The subcompact SUV features a multi-level dashboard with two mirrors integrated into a single trim, a low-profile steering wheel, and a physical control line at the bottom of the center console.
The center console tilts slightly towards the driver, while a red accent fills the cabin. The Kicks sits on a new platform that makes the SUV more compact than before, but Nissan has yet to confirm official details. We expect the 2025 Nissan Kicks to have more interior space than the current model. Nissan has not shared all the features of the Kicks 2025 SUV which will be available with a 12.3-inch touch screen, Apple CarPlay wireless and Android Auto, Bose audio system, Bluetooth and multiple USB ports.

The 2025 Nissan Kicks will be equipped with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder that produces 141 horsepower and 141 pound-feet of torque. This is the same engine in the Nissan Sentra. The engine is mated to a continuously variable automatic transmission. Front wheel drive is standard and all wheel drive is available for the first time in an SUV.
Nissan Safety Shield 360 suite of advanced safety features will be standard on Nissan Kicks 2025 and will include emergency braking, pedestrian detection, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, rear cross- traffic alert, the blind-spot monitoring, automatic high-low light assistance and lane departure warning. Adaptive cruise control is also standard. Nissan's ProPilot assistance system will be optional. Nissan has not confirmed the price for the Kicks 2025. It is expected to increase compared to the current model. Current MSRP for the Kicks starts at $22,440.

Competitors in the subcompact segment include the Honda HR-V, Volkswagen Taos, Chevrolet Trailblazer and Mazda CX-30. The 2025 Nissan Kicks is expected to go on sale later this summer. More information about the subcompact SUV is expected to become available in the coming months.
