The 2024 Lexus TX design features a more toned down design than the current SUVs we have seen from the Japanese automaker. 

The front carries an updated version of Lexus tapered grille that will be in the SUV's color to look like an integral part of the front fascia. The SUV will also have the iconic headlights, angular elements on the fascia and a high nose. At the rear, the Lexus TX has a vertical design, a subtle rear taillight paired with a vertical light bar, a low-profile rear spoiler and a rear bumper with a simple opening.

The 2024 Lexus TX shares few features with the current LX, but the SUV's front end seems to usher in a new language for Lexus. With a 116.1-inch wheelbase and 203.1-inch length, the Lexus TX is larger than the old RX L, which should translate to interior space. Lexus didn't provide any details on the TX, but we expect the SUV to have a third wheelbase over the RX L. Compared to the Grand Highlander and TX-based, Lexus midsize SUV has a more upscale interior design with a large central touchscreen connected to the dashboard. The center console lacks physical controls, opting for a more modern look. We expect the TX to come with premium accessories.

Tech-wise, the 2024 Lexus TX will be available with a 14-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, head-up display and a 21-speaker Mark Levinson audio system. - the speaker. Lexus will offer the 2024 Lexus TX with the Lexus Safety System+ 3.0. The SUV's safety features are expected to include pedestrian detection, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane assist, warning lane departure warning, roadside assistance and traffic sign recognition. Blind spot monitoring, park assist, rear cross-traffic alert and driver assistance should also be available.

2024 Lexus TX will be available in three versions: TX 350, TX 500h and TX 550h+. Pricing has not been announced, but the TX is expected to cost more than the RX's MSRP, which ranges from $48,950 to $63,150. The Lexus TX 350 and TX 500h are expected to hit retailers later this fall, while the TX 500h+ will arrive at a later date. Mid-size SUVs in the segment include the Acura MDX, Genesis GV80, BMW X5, Audi Q7, Volvo XC90, Mercedes-Benz GLE and Jeep Wagoneer.
